Changing details in the Register of Non-Residents

Do you want to change your address abroad? Or do you live abroad and you receive an error message when applying for a DigiD, because your details are incorrect? Submit your change of address so that the Register of Non-Residents (RNI) can be updated.

What you need to know

If you are unable to log in with DigiD or eIDAS, arrange an appointment.

  • In some cases additional information may be requested.
  • A minor of at least 16 years old can submit a change in personal details. The parent or legal guardian can also do it.
  • Your request for a change will be dealt with and processed as soon as possible.
  • You will receive confirmation by e-mail once the details have been updated.
