Extract from the Register of Non-Residents

Do you live abroad and do you need an extract from the Register of Non-Residents (RNI)? Do you need an extract with emigration details? Or you no longer have a citizen service number (BSN)? You can apply for an extract from the RNI.
Apply, pay and deliver
Pay online using a debit or credit card. The extract will be sent to the address you provided within 2 weeks. Remember that if this is sent abroad, it may take longer to arrive, even a few weeks.
You can also obtain the extract at the counter in the Breda’s city hall. Pay by bank card or credit card and you will receive the extract immediately. Arrange an appointment beforehand.

What you need to know
If you moved abroad before the 1st of October 1994 you must apply for the extract from the Municipality of The Hague (Dutch).

The extract costs € 17,30.
