General
Submit an objection to decisions from the so-called Spatial Domain (Ruimtelijk Domein). These include decisions regarding construction or demolition projects, tree felling, events, hospitality, parking permits, subsidies, application for a correspondence address, registration or deregistration in the BRP, and other decisions.

First, contact the municipality if the decision is unclear. Indicate that you have questions about the decision and mention the reference number. An employee will answer your questions and explain the decision.
If you still disagree with the decision after this, you can file an objection. You can submit an objection within 6 weeks of the decision being sent.
