Parking permit - number plate change
Parking permits are linked to the number plate. If you have a different car, you must change the number plate on the parking permit. Go to 2Park to make a temporary change. Go to P-Loket to make a permanent change.
Temporary car - number plate change
- You have a different car (temporarily).
- In 2park (Dutch), enter this car's number plate and the date you got it.
- When you have your own car back, tell us in 2Park.
- The temporary number plate change is valid for 3 weeks (maximum). The parking permit will then be linked to the number plate of your usual car.
- The number plate is checked.
- You can change to a temporary number plate 5 times a year. Unlimited changes can be made to a Parking Permit - Businesses or a Parking Permit - Commuters.
New car - number plate change
- If you buy a new car, change the number plate on the exemption.
- Tell us of the change in P-Loket. Go to 'Current Products' and choose the exemption relating to the number plate change. Do this as soon as you are the registered owner.
- You can then drive into the city centre pedestrian zone in your new car.
- For lease cars or company cars, upload a lease declaration or an ownership declaration to P-loket.
- The number plate is checked.
